Unopened retail products may be eligible for store credit only within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

 

All memberships, prepaid packages, and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Membership benefits and services do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

 

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice may be subject to a fee.
